Next is the red velvet cake. Red velvet cake is a dessert. The main ingredients are low-gluten flour, eggs, special food coloring for red velvet, cheese, cream, etc. After cooling, spread with cream cheese buttercream topping. Buttermilk, one of the important raw materials of red velvet, is one of the methods. After squeezing lemon into juice, add whole milk, without stirring, and let it stand for 10 minutes. It can be used as a substitute. As for the method of decorating the flowers, we only need to prepare the flower nozzles that we usually squeeze the cookies. The flower nozzles can be slightly tilted and turned in circles. Be careful not to leave any gaps in the middle of the flowers.
