Bread is a food made by grinding grains and heating them. Baked food is made of wheat flour as the main raw material and yeast, eggs, oil, sugar, salt, etc.

Some breads are yeast-raised and become more fluffy and softer during baking; many are just the opposite and don't need to be leavened. Although the ingredients and production process are different, they are all called bread. There are many different types of bread, each with its own characteristics.

1. White bread.

The flour for making white bread is ground from the core part of the wheat granules. Because the flour color is white, the color of the bread is also white. The taste is soft, slightly sweet, with a milky fragrance, and it is easy to make. It is suitable for breakfast with milk and soy milk.

2. Whole wheat bread.

Whole-wheat bread refers to bread made from whole-wheat flour without removing the outer bran and wheat germ. The flour used to make this bread includes all parts of the wheat grains. It is slightly brown in color, rough in texture, but aromatic. Whole wheat bread is rich in crude fiber, vitamin E, B vitamins, and minerals such as zinc and potassium, and has higher nutritional value than white bread.

3. Sandwich bread

Sandwich bread is a delicacy made of high-gluten flour, sugar and other ingredients. There are rich jam or coconut fillings in the middle, and some have glutinous rice fillings, which taste rich. You can follow this method to make sandwich bread. First, mix the dough materials except butter and knead it well, then add butter and knead to the expansion stage, basically ferment to double in size, exhaust the air for about 60-90 minutes, divide the dough about 50 grams per piece, roll each round, cover with plastic wrap and rest and relax 15 minutes. Take another piece of dough, roll out into an oval shape, and roll up from top to bottom. After that, put the shaped dough into a baking pan lined with greased paper, and leave it to proof for 40 minutes. Brush a little egg wash on the surface of the fermented dough, preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake on the penultimate layer for about 15 minutes, and the delicious sandwich bread is ready.
