Instructions:


1. Wash and pit the cherries. Place them in a bowl and add 25g of sugar. Mix well and let it marinate for 3 hours.


2. Combine 100g of cherry juice, 30g of sugar, and cornstarch in a pot. Cook over low heat until it thickens, then set it aside to cool.


3. Soften the butter and mix it with low-gluten flour, 15g of white sugar, egg yolk, water, and salt to form a dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.


4. Roll the refrigerated dough into a round shape and place it in a pie mold. Use a rolling pin to flatten the surface and make small holes at the bottom with a fork.


5. Preheat the oven to 190°C and bake the pie for 30 minutes on the middle layer, upper and lower fires.


6. After the pie skin has cooled, add the marinated cherries and pour the thick liquid from step 2 evenly on top. Serve and enjoy.
