Secondary film-forming substances: including various pigments, physical pigments, and anti-rust pigments. Pigments provide color and hiding power for paint film, improve the protective performance and decorative effect of paint, and pigments with good weather resistance can improve the service life of the paint.



Physical pigments can increase the thickness of the paint film, make use of the performance of its "flake-like, needle-like" structure, form a fish-scale paint film through the stacking of pigments, improve the service life of the paint film, and improve the waterproof and anti-rust effect.



Antirust pigments prevent the surface of objects from being corroded by the atmosphere and chemicals and metal surfaces from being corroded by their own physical and chemical antirust effects.


Auxiliary film-forming materials: including various auxiliaries and solvents. Various auxiliaries play a very important role in the production process, storage process, use process and film formation process of paint.



Although the amount used is very small, it has a great influence on the performance of the paint film. Even can not form a paint film such as: do not dry, bottom caking, crust. Water-based paint needs more auxiliaries to meet the production, construction, storage and formation of the paint film.



Paint has a special smell, and the most harmful to the human body is colorless and tasteless formaldehyde, which is generally contained in glue, such as artificial panels, all kinds of aging plastics, etc., the production of new furniture, metope, floor decoration and laying, should use adhesives.



Where a large number of adhesives are used, there will always be formaldehyde release. Therefore, when selecting materials, it is best to choose solid wood furniture or metal doors and windows.


When you have no choice but to use an adhesive, try to use a high level of environmental protection and release less formaldehyde.


At present, environmental protection paint is relatively safe in the market, which refers to the coating products whose performance index and safety index meet the technical requirements of the national environmental label products on the premise of meeting the respective product standards.


It is not that there is no formaldehyde at all, but the content of formaldehyde and benzene in the environmental protection paint is lower than that of the general paint, which is relatively less harmful to the human body, so it is called environmental protection paint.
