The 82nd National Garment Fair (NGF), India's largest Spring–Summer apparel trade fair, was held from January 20–22, 2026, at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (NESCO), Goregaon East, Mumbai.

Spanning approximately 7 lakh square feet, the fair showcased the latest trends, designs, and innovations across men's, women's, and children's apparel.

The 82nd edition brought together the breadth of India's apparel ecosystem under one roof, featuring more than 1,070 stalls and over 1,085 brands from across the country. As a premium, biannual B2B platform, NGF offered a refined ambience, seamless on-the-spot registrations, and an efficient layout that enabled buyers to navigate the show smoothly while discovering both established and emerging labels.

Organised by the Clothing Manufacturers Association of India (CMAI), the fair connected over 1,000 exhibitors with retailers, designers, distributors, and e-commerce professionals. It continued to serve as a comprehensive sourcing and networking destination, facilitating meaningful business engagement across the entire apparel value chain.

Building on its strong legacy, the 82nd NGF spotlighted new partnerships, seasonal collections, and industry-led innovations that reflected evolving consumer preferences and market dynamics. From product launches to fresh design directions, the fair once again reinforced its role as a key platform for understanding the direction of the domestic apparel market.

Industry leaders from CMAI highlighted that the fair encouraged collaboration, supported business growth, and helped stakeholders expand their reach across markets. New visitor-focused features introduced in this edition enhanced the overall experience, making it easier for attendees to identify relevant exhibitors and explore a wide range of offerings efficiently.

More than a showcase of collections, NGF functioned as a meeting ground for ideas, insights, and long-term relationships. With its scale, diversity, and consistency, the National Garment Fair reaffirmed its position as a cornerstone event for India's garment and apparel sector, supporting both commercial success and sustained industry progress.
