Even if it is green tea, it is best not to drink it as soon as it is made. New tea will bring greater stimulation to the gastric mucosa. In addition, green tea has a certain degree of coldness, it is best to wait for its coldness to recede before drinking it. If you want to drink fresh green tea, it is best to drink it about half a month after it is made.

In addition to green tea, the best drinking period for other teas is almost the second year. Because these teas will be roasted or roasted during the production process, the taste will not get better until the fire is gone. Some teas, such as white tea, are more fragrant with age. There is a saying that "one-year tea, three-year medicine, seven-year treasure."

The tea tree is native to the subtropics. During its phylogeny, it has formed the characteristics of liking temperature, humidity, and shade, and has specific requirements for climatic conditions.

Temperature is an indispensable condition for plant self-survival, and various physiological and biochemical changes in tea plants are closely related to temperature conditions.

The length of the growth period of tea trees in a year is mainly dominated by temperature conditions. It is generally believed that the biological minimum temperature of a tea tree is 10 ℃, but there are some differences between different varieties.

The suitable annual effective temperature range for tea tree growth must be above 3500-4000 ℃, below this range, it will affect the normal growth of tea trees.
