How to make Strawberry Cupcakes


1. Strawberry cream: Boil water in a pot, add the tender tofu, and cook for one minute, then drain.


2. Put the tofu, sugar syrup, and strawberries into a bowl and beat with a mixer to make a homogeneous paste.


3. Heat the agar powder and soy milk in a pot over low heat, stirring well to dissolve the agar in the soy milk.


Melt white chocolate over water, pour agar soy milk and melted white chocolate into tofu syrup, and stir well.


4. Place in the refrigerator to solidify for 2-3 hours.
